What services do you offer?
We process new, duplicate, and renewal registrations for tractors, trailers and commercial vehicles as well as new and duplicate titles, and plate transfers, replacements, and surrenders. We also have the ability to register passenger vehicles upon request.
Can you assist with registering Heavy Use Vehicles (Commercial trucks exceeding 18,000 lbs.)?
Yes, we can register vehicles classified as heavy use, those exceeding 18,000 lbs. however, these vehicles can only be registered for 1-year at a time.
Can you provide all necessary forms?
Yes, we provide all necessary forms for your transaction. Additional paperwork and documentation may be required to complete your transaction. Please contact the TANY Services Bureau for additional information at 518-930-0070 or by email at info@tanyservicesbureau.com.
What are your service fees?
The TANY Services Bureau is offering a Special Introductory per transaction service fee of $35.00 for TANY members and $75.00 for non-members valid through December 31, 2024. The service fee is in addition to the cost of the DMV transaction.
What payment methods does the TANY Services Bureau accept?
We accept both credit card and ACH payments.
What if I am unable to make it to your office?
You are able to use the TANY Services Bureau through the mail. Additional shipping charges may apply. Read more about shipping options here
What are your service hours?
The TANY Services Bureau is open M-F 8AM-4:30PM - and Saturday 8AM-12PM upon request by TANY members.
Can the required forms, documents and paperwork to be processed be emailed to you?
Unfortunately, NO. DMV requires original hard copies in order to process your transactions. Therefore, it is recommended that you use UPS or FedEx when sending your documents.
How long does the process take?
Depending upon the number of transactions you have, and the day and time we receive your documents, it could take anywhere from 2-5 days to process and return to you.
Should I notify you before sending my documents to be processed?
Absolutely!! Once we know the details of the transactions needed to be processed, we can give you a better timeline of how long it will take while making sure you send all the required paperwork.
Is this service free for TANY members?
Unfortunately, NO. However, there is a substantial discount for TANY members!
